1. We do not require identification from a prospective home buyer.
2. We do not require an exclusive brokerage agreement to be signed by a potential home buyer.
3. We do require a pre-approval/pre-qualification letter for a mortgage loan and/or proof of funds in order to show a potential home buyer any properties.
